Stargazer Lily Rustic Wedding Cake

I'll apologize for these pictures now. They were taken in the dark with a flash. I had to do some editing to try and reduce the glare, but it's still pretty bad! This is a 9" and 6" square strawberry/lemon marble cake with vanilla buttercream and fresh stargazer lilies.

Rustic Wedding and Cupcakes

I'd been planning and prepping for this wedding for quite a while. And stressing over it, I might add. I was thrilled with the end results. And this bride's venue just brought everything together beautifully! Absolutely perfect! The cake is 10" & 8" triple stacked lemon cake with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream and fresh flowers. 5 dozen cupcakes are French vanilla with vanilla buttercream (coral colored), and 5 dozen cupcakes are lemon with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream (lemon colored).

White Baptism Cake

I made this cake for my daughter's baptism into our church. It was a very special occasion for her and our family. She wanted something big and beautiful and perfect. I think it turned out gorgeous! This 10", 8", 6" tiered cake is a mixture of french vanilla, chocolate fudge, and strawberry marble with vanilla buttercream and fondant.

Rustic Vanilla Wedding Cake

Not only does this bride love her chocolate, but she loves her groom too. And her groom loves his vanilla. So she let him have his very own vanilla cake. The two (cakes and the couple) looked absolutely beautiful side by side at their Snowbasin venue. This 10" and 8" tiered cake is French vanilla with vanilla buttercream.

Rustic Chocolate Wedding Cake

Brides who love their chocolate hold a soft spot in my heart. And this bride was looking for a cake that made everyone who saw it want to swipe their finger through that thick chocolate frosting! This bride and I must surely be kindred spirits. This 10" and 8" tiered cake is chocolate through and through. Chocolate fudge cake, chocolate pudding filling, and chocolate buttercream. Mmmm, yummy!

Cinnamon Roll Wedding Cake

What happens when you don't like cake? You go with a cinnamon roll wedding cake. My bride had a weak spot for cinnamon rolls and still wanted a beautiful wedding cake. She found some pictures online for me to work from and we came up with this beauty. I love rosettes! This tiered wedding cake is 12", 10", 8" cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting.

Mint Fondant and Purple Sugar Roses

Can I tell you how in love I am with the colors on this cake? So spring-y and gorgeous! Never mind I was up all night making purple roses for this cake. It's all worth it in the end! This cake was my final project in my fondant class. It is an 8" french vanilla with a raspberry filling. A thin layer of buttercream under a smooth fondant finish.
